Jessie in the service department was wonderful. Our Durango needed an expensive repair, but he made sure there were no surprises when we picked up our vehicle. His estimate was accurate. Because we had another vehicle that broke right after we brought in our Durango, he got us a loaner vehicle and made us feel like like we were being taken care of.
